As a system provider to care and nursing homes, Miele Professional is now offering software which simplifies the processes involved in facility, hygiene and building management. Miele MOVE Clean+ is tailored to the specific needs of the world of age care, is completely independent of Miele machines and connects management, facility managers, on-site technicians, hygienists and quality management. This digitalises previously manual activities – ensuring considerably greater efficiency in the housekeeping process. The modular software is available both as a web-based application and an app and can be put to productive use with only little effort.
They are allrounders but, where necessary, absolute specialists: The New Benchmark Machines, connectivity-enabled laundry machines from Miele, replaced the successful models from the Benchmark generation. Depending on the model, washing machines are available for nine to 20 kilogram load capacities, and there are also dryers with matching load sizes. All models provide the wherewithal for greater efficiency in care and nursing homes.
Wherever large quantities of mops and cleaning cloths have to be reprocessed where space is at a premium, a Little Giant from Miele comes into its own: A compact washing machine with a load capacity of 8 kg called the PWM 508, for which there is also a matching dryer. With these machines, occupying just over half a square metre of floor space each, Miele is offering care and nursing homes maximum flexibility – for instance with accessories such as various plinths. All machines can be purchased outright, rented or leased.
Only 71 cm wide, offering ample space for textiles, and connectivity-enabled: Miele offers new dryers from the SlimLine series which complement the current portfolio of laundry machines in terms of design thanks to their intuitive controls and their iron grey front.
Following hard on the heels of the coveted golden virus seal of approval for meeting above-average hygiene standards outside the healthcare sector, the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology has commended Miele technology intended for commercial operations: Washing machines and commercial dishwashers from the most recent generations now also receive the seal in black as a testimony to even higher standards.
Which washing machines are running? When is that dishwasher finished? How high is consumption? Answers to questions such as these are provided live by the Miele MOVE portal. The platform for PCs and mobile devices simplifies a multitude of processes and provides a secure documentation solution. It is available for all Miele laundry machines from the Little Giants and New Benchmark generations as well as SlimLine dryers and fresh water dishwashers from the MasterLine series. These offer load capacities of 6 to 20 kg (washing machines) or 44 kg (dryers).
Wherever hygiene tops the agenda, the commercial dishwashers from Miele's MasterLine series are the products of choice: The proven fresh water system takes in fresh water for each phase of the programme and uses high temperatures to remove soil and reliably deal with viruses and bacteria. In the course of everyday work, short cycles make for efficient processes. These machines are ideal for use in care and nursing homes as well as in ward kitchens in hospitals.
