New washing machines and dryers from the SmartBiz generation upgrade Miele's portfolio for small hotels and guesthouses. For the first time, these machines are connectivity-enabled and designed for load capacities of 8 kg. Several model versions feature TwinDos, a dispensing system for two-phase liquid detergents which has been available on domestic Miele washing machines for some years. All new features increase efficiency in everyday use and reduce consumption – all at the same attractive price levels as the predecessor generation.
Since the beginning of last year, many restaurateurs and caterers have been under legal obligation to offer reusable containers for to-go consumption which can be returned after use. For the most part, these items are made from plastic – a material which poses challenges when it comes to dishwashing. Miele offers a practical solution for everyday use for fresh water and tank dishwashers: with new baskets and inserts in which beakers and bowls are held securely in place, hygienically clean and then reliably dried.
Wherever sparkling results and hygiene top the agenda, the commercial dishwashers from Miele's MasterLine series are the products of choice: The proven fresh water system takes in fresh water for each phase of the programme and uses high temperatures to remove soil and reliably deal with viruses and bacteria. In the course of everyday work, short cycles make for efficient processes. These models are ideal for hotels and restaurants.
Which washing machines are running? When is that dishwasher finished? How high is consumption? Answers to questions such as these are provided without time delay by the Miele MOVE portal. The platform for PCs and mobile devices simplifies a multitude of processes and provides a secure documentation solution. It is available for dishwashers from the MasterLine series and all Miele laundry machines from the Little Giants and New Benchmark generations as well as SlimLine dryers. These offer load capacities of 6 to 20 kg (washing machines) or 44 kg (dryers).
Only 71 cm wide, offering ample space for textiles, and connectivity-enabled: Miele offers dryers from the SlimLine series which complement the current portfolio of laundry machines in terms of design thanks to their intuitive controls and their iron grey front.
They are allrounders but, where necessary, absolute specialists: The New Benchmark Machines, connectivity-enabled laundry machines from Miele, replaced the successful models from the Benchmark generation. Depending on the model, washing machines are available for nine to eleven and for 12 to 20 kilogram loads, and there are also dryers with matching load sizes. All models provide the wherewithal for greater efficiency in hotels and restaurants.
Miele is set to turn 125 in 2024 and will celebrate this anniversary with special discounts, including offerings for hotel owners and restaurateurs. Further information is available at Miele's booth at Internorga 2024 (Building B7, Booth 417). This includes innovative solutions with a focus on kitchens and on-premise laundries: new and connected washing machines and dryers from the SmartBiz generation with load capacities of 8 kg which upgrade Miele's portfolio for small hotels and guesthouses. The Internorga exhibition is due to take place in Hamburg from March 8-12.
