System4Shine: The perfect solution for large and small crockery loads
Tailored components from one single supplier
With System4Shine, Miele is offering a complete package to cover all aspects of dishwashing – no matter how much needs washing and how! The system comprises cleaning products which are specially formulated for use on Miele commercial dishwashers, undercounter tank models as well as tried-and-tested passthrough models, fresh water dishwashers and ProfiLine washers. A varied range of accessories further helps tailor models to individual needs. Fast and professional support and assistance is forthcoming from Miele's own in-house service operation.
Miele's ProCare Shine detergents and rinse aid are designed for use on both the tank dishwashers as well as on fresh water and ProfiLine machines from Miele. They stop a vital gap as generic detergents and rinse aid products are either formulated for domestic appliances or commercial tank dishwashers. The new ProCare Shine 10 GC liquid detergent is free from phosphates and active chlorine and therefore particularly gentle on glassware. The matching and slightly acidic rinse aid is suitable in particular for use on tank dishwashers thanks to its foam-inhibiting properties. Furthermore, these detergents and the surfactant carry the EU 'Euroflower' eco label. The label identifies products and services which demonstrably contribute towards a reduced burden on the environment. A mildly alkaline powder detergent is also available which comes into its own in removing tea and coffee stains.
Four new undercounter tank dishwasher models feature programmes which perfectly match the needs of various loads and levels of soiling. Thanks to variable spray pressure and flexible cycle times and temperatures, items ranging from glassware to trays are cleaned gently but thoroughly.
These models introduce the latest state-of-the-art technology to Miele's portfolio of commercial dishwashers. Since autumn 2013, these have included passthrough dishwashers with short cycles, low energy consumption and top-class cleaning performance. These models are fitted as standard with a waste-water heat exchanger. The 'Eco' versions even save up to 20% on electricity, not least through the use of a waste-air heat exchanger to capture the heat from steam and vapours.
Hygienically washed glassware is a must in nursing homes – and is guaranteed by the fresh water dishwashing professionals from Miele. Fresh water is introduced in each phase of the washing and rinsing process. The temperature of the water in the main wash is 60°C. Final rinsing takes place at 83°C held for 5 minutes. Miele's 'HYGIENE' and 'HYGIENEplus' models have been awarded a certificate by the 'Cleaning Technology Institute' (wfk) in Krefeld, Germany. In addition, the 'HYGIENEplus' model also features the Vario TD programme offering thermal disinfection, a technical feature otherwise only encountered in the medical field.
A wide range of baskets, available in different sizes to suit machine categories, offers ample space for all load types – from baskets for crates to cutlery holders. New to the range are baskets for wine glasses which are held in a sloping position to drain water out of pedestals. A spotless, sparkling finish without the need for polishing is afforded by water treatment cartridges providing a supply of fully or partially demineralised water which can be replaced without fuss. Dispensing systems guarantee the sparing and automatic dosing of detergents, and matching plinths make for customised installation.
The service package from Miele is as comprehensive as it is individual: In Germany alone, more than 170 technicians are devoted to the repair and maintenance of commercial dishwashers. This tight network ensures short distances, low call-out charges and, above all, a fast response within 24 hours. Service, product range, accessories and detergents all tailor System4Shine to the need of Miele clients.
