New: Particularly environmentally friendly detergents and rinse aid

System4Shine: Miele's comprehensive approach to dishwashing problems is now several products richer. New to the range are a detergent and a surfactant sporting the EU's EuroFlower label which demonstrably reduce the burden on the environment. Alongside cleaning chemicals formulated specifically for Miele commercial dishwashers, Miele also offers an integrated reverse osmosis unit for tank dishwashers. This ensures best-possible water quality and sparklingly clean glassware without the need for manual polishing.

Miele's ProCare Shine chemicals are designed for use on all Miele commercial dishwashers: both tank models as well as fresh water and ProfiLine machines. Detergents and rinse aid are formulated for use on Miele products and have been tested with respect to their cleaning performance and machine compatibility. The new ProCare Shine GC liquid detergent is free from phosphates and active chlorine and therefore particularly gentle on glassware. The matching and slightly acidic rinse aid is suitable in particular for use on tank dishwashers thanks to its foam-inhibiting properties. A mildly alkaline powder detergent is also available which comes into its own in removing tea and coffee stains.

Miele's undercounter tank dishwashers feature programmes which perfectly match the needs of various loads and levels of soiling. Thanks to variable spray pressure and flexible cycle times and temperatures, items ranging from glassware to trays are cleaned gently but thoroughly. Two models are particularly suited to behind-the-counter use. If needed, these can accommodate a reverse osmosis module in the plinth which removes all minerals from the water supply, allowing water to drain off loads without leaving any traces of residue behind and obviating the need for polishing.

Passthrough dishwashers with short cycles, low energy consumption and top-class cleaning performance also count among the commercial dishwashers on offer from Miele. These models are fitted as standard with a waste-water heat exchanger. The 'Eco' versions of these models even save up to 20% on electricity, not least through the use of a waste-air heat exchanger to capture the latent heat from steam and vapours.

Fresh water dishwashers from Miele are fast and take in fresh water in each phase of a programme cycle. SPEEDplus, for example, with its shortest cycle lasting only 5 minutes is able to wash 456 plates per hour. The BRILLIANT model is the first special washer operating on the fresh water principle designed for glassware and cutlery – a model even recommended by the high-end Tyrolean stemware manufacturer Riedel for the gentle washing of its noble wine glasses.

A wide range of baskets, available in different sizes to suit machine categories, offers ample space for all load types – from undercarriages for crates to cutlery holders. The service package from Miele is as comprehensive as it is individual: In Germany alone, more than 170 technicians are devoted to the repair and maintenance of commercial dishwashers. This tight network ensures short distances, low call-out charges and, above all, a fast response within 24 hours.
