'A promise that endures' is therefore the motto used by Miele Professional to say 'thank you' to its customers on the occasion of its 125-year company anniversary: Clients purchasing a PG 8581 or PG 8591 thermal disinfector or Cube or Cube X small steriliser between March 1 and June 30, 2024 will receive an extended Miele warranty offering 125 weeks of coverage starting on the date of machine commissioning. Similarly, the use of the Miele MOVE online portal including process documentation will be available at attractive anniversary terms and conditions.

Redemption of the anniversary discount requires registering machines on the following website www.miele.de/pro/125-dent. This is also a source of information on the machines – including Miele's high-performance thermal disinfectors in which for example reusable hoses and masks for nitrous oxide sedation can be cleaned and disinfected. If needed, 44 injector nozzles for the reliable internal cleaning of lumened instruments are available. Furthermore, innovative adapters provide a secure hold to multi-function tips in the lower and upper baskets. These machines therefore set high hygiene standards and offer all the conditions needed for the safe and reliable reprocessing of instruments. The promotion also includes extended Miele warranties.

For efficiency in the next stage of reprocessing, Miele has four Cube and Cube X small sterilisers in its range. They feature for example a flexible holder able to accommodate containers and cartridges with a height of up to 70 mm. Practices which combine the use of a Cube or Cube X unit with a Miele thermal disinfector and hence require considerably more demineralised water now see their needs met in the form of Miele full demineralisation cartridges. Maintenance of these high-performance machines is only required after the passage of 5 years or after 4,000 sterilisation cycles.

The promotional models can be connected to the Miele MOVE online portal which allows connectivity to a PC or mobile device for the purpose of monitoring key process data such as temperatures and running times. This data can also be exported fast and saved to the Miele MOVE digital platform. As such, the portal facilitates simple and safe process documentation, including the approval of loads. Activation of this function is subject to subscription charges amounting to around € 12 net per month for the MOVE Starter Doc package. During the campaign period through to June 30, 2024, the package is available free of charge to customers for an entire year after the purchase of a promotional model.
