Trainee program – discovering the many possibilities of the Miele world
Heading straight towards a position that suits you perfectly in 18 months - by jointly developing a training schedule for you personally based on your talents. With assignments in at least 4 different areas at Miele you will get to know at least 3 countries and 2 perspectives of the company (central and decentralized). Benefit from intensive training on-the-job, project work and training off-the-job.

Really good Master's graduates from the departments of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics and International Management. Have you had first international experiences and relevant internships? Then we look forward to meeting you.

Do you want to give your studies a boost right on the home stretch? Not just any way but with a real masterplan? You are actively involved in shaping this plan at Miele. Within 24 months, you are ready to take on the responsibility for important tasks – and at the same time you will have completed your master's degree.

Junior sales representative – use your sales talent to shape your career
The goal of your program: To take over your first own sales territory! During your 12-month training schedule to prepare you gradually for your future responsibilities, you will experience, amongst other things, what it takes to work in a sales back office, as a field representative and to assist Miele dealers. You will face a multitude of interesting challenges. Advising visitors to a Miele Gallery and taking care of your own first customers is the best way for you to develop your sales skills. We support you every step of the way to becoming a sales representative with relevant further education courses and personal advice. With Miele's experienced employees, you can improve promising sales strategies for premium products further.
Who we are looking for?
Graduates with a very good bachelor’s degree, proven experience showing their sales talent and personality from the special fields of International Management and Economics with a focus on Marketing and/or Sales.
Technical assistance to the Managing Director of plant – from PhD to management position
Do you have a PhD in (Business) Engineering and are you looking for the ideal career start? With our entry-level program, you start immediately in the fast lane that takes you directly to your future leadership position at Miele. Combine your deep theoretical knowledge with the experiences and challenges we offer you here and put it into practice.
Technical assistance to the Managing Director of plant – from PhD to management position
As a technical assistant to plant management, you spend a maximum of three intensive years at the side of one of our Miele plant managers. Conceptual and operative tasks as well as deep insights into culture, processes and leadership give you a holistic understanding of our company.
At the beginning, you will receive a comprehensive induction to "your" production plant in order for you to assume responsibility quickly. Together with you, we will compile a tailor-made onboarding programme that prepares you systematically for your future as a manager at a world market leader. The programme will cover three main topics – onboarding, personal coaching and position-based support.

Highly talented people with a PhD in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Engineering who have preferably already gained work experience abroad.
